The base of the courthouse was structurally shored with concrete to ensure stability and support. Following this, hand-faced and shaped stone veneers were meticulously installed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the structure. Over 200 stones were carefully placed to create the base of the courthouse, contributing to its architectural grandeur and historical significance.
